Shipping methods available:
We offer standard post mail shipping and DHL Expedited shipping. In addition, standard post mail shipping will be free of charge in all orders over $250. This option is very affordable but can take a long time to deliver (anything from 10 to 30 days, sometimes even more). No claims about delays on the deliver will be consider with this shipping method, as we recommend DHL shipping for faster delivery when ordering outside Europe.
Expedited DHL Express is available at an extra cost.

America: About 2-3 days
Rest of the world: Between 3 and 6 working days.

Special note for US customers (some other countries may apply too), with post mail shipping, sometimes USPS wont update the tracking information until delivery, and sometimes they wont even find the tracking code available. This does not mean your order has not been processed or shipped, if you received a confirmation email with a tracking number it means your package is actually on its way!
Returns/Refunds:
Should you have any claim regarding your order, as damaged content, wrong product or defective, etc. you will have to contact us within 10 days from the date you placed your order, or 3 days after receiving the goods. We offer a 6 month guarantee in our replacement switches, so all claims should be processed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
