Kindly note that the below shipping guide is only for the reference purposes. The actual shipping period may vary depending upon holidays, customs and circumstantial factors. To calculate delivery times you need to sum handling time + shipping time. Handling time can take from 1 to 3 working days.


Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the shipment has been dispatched. Customers can also track their orders using the provided tracking code.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

Shipping times may vary, we offer standard free shipping in all orders over $200. Others will be calculated depending on shipping weight.

Most orders will take less than 8 days to the USA and Asia and 4 days to EUROPE, shipping times may vary depending on final destination. If you didnt receive your order in time, please keep in mind claims can only be processed within 2 months from the date you placed your order.

Expedited shipping is available sometimes at an extra cost of $60. Delivery times goes from 24 hours to 4 days, worldwide. Please note Expedited Shipping to Africa, Australia and Asia can take 2 - 4 extra days (working days)



Special note for US customers (some other countries may apply too), sometimes USPS wont update the tracking information until delivery, and sometimes they wont even find the tracking code available. This does not mean your order has not been processed or shipped, if you received a confirmation email with a tracking number it means your package is actually on its way!

Please note these are average times, 95% of orders arrive within average time, but some can take longer, depending on your destination Country and Customs office.







Claims: Should you have any claim regarding your order, as damaged content, wrong product received, etc.  you will have to contact us within 15 days from the date you placed your order. Refunds will be accepted in case the product is damaged during transportation or in case the product is not delivered within a month from the date of purchase. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Items will have to be returned to us at buyers expense.
